Hey there, Hafiz here. First of all, i want to wish happy Ramadan to all muslim in the world. I want to show you what is my favorite film camera that i always use to shoot. I started shoot film on April 2017 which is a year ago. It was my friend who introduced me in film photography world. I was like 'apa ke benda 35mm ni ha? banyak hashtag #35mmfil kat instagram', then he explained everything about it to me about film camera.
When i'm just a school kid, I do shoot film a lot using my father's basic compact point & shoot camera but i never knew this type of film called '35mm', all i know is just 'Kodak' hahaha. Then the rest is history.

So here's the top 3 list of my favorite film cameras, go check it uhuekz:
1. Yashica FX-3 Super 2000
This is my first ever SLR film camera. If you like to challenge yourself with fully manual analog camera, this might be a good choice since this camera's price is quite cheap (you can get this camera with below RM300 if you're lucky). This camera is fully mechanical and only need battery for light metering. If you have a basic knowledge about DSLR manual mode setting (shutter speed, aperture, etc), it won't be a problem to use this camera.

2. Olympus Mju-ii
One of the most hipster compact film camera right now. It will cost you in about RM250-RM1000 (used condition) to get this little creature. So if you're into street photography and need to shoot fast in every condition, this might be a great choice. This camera is very compact and also have sharp lens.

3. Minolta X-300
This is my number 1 favorite film camera, already shot 7 rolls of film with this camera(+1 roll in camera). Actually this is a beginner SLR camera but i do love this camera so much. This camera have 'A mode' which is auto shutter speed mode and it helped me a lot. If you just started in film photography and want a cheap SLR camera, this camera is a really good choice.

So, which one is really my favorite camera? These 3 cameras have their own advantage. If i want to go easy with SLR, i would choose Minolta x-300. If i want to shoot fast or on the streets or just for fun, i would choose Olympus Mju-ii and if i want to shoot with large aperture, i would go with Yashica FX-3 Super 2000 because i have f1.4 50mm Yashica Lens.
Thanks for reading, happy fasting everyone!
