Chapped Lips No. 51

Bought a film camera online and still have film inside. Decided to finish it and sent it to develope. Looks like from caretaker from some kind of special kids learning centre. Don't know where and what year it is. Last 5 pics is my shot, you can see the colour's already changed. I guess it's from 1990 to 2000-ish.
